Order Cancellation and Refund
If you have decided to cancel your confirmed orders (payment has been made) within 24 hours and before your order sent out, we shall deduct a minimum of 15% from your payment as administrative fees and the transaction fees for credit card. The balance after deduction of the administrative fees and the transaction fees will be refunded to you.
Off course, you are no able to cancel your order after your goods have been sent out. Even if you have returned the goods to us, we will no refund the payment to you.
Return and Refund Policy
If you decide to send us products to re-check or if the products are returned to us for warranty repair, all products must be keep fine as original condition, Any your accident or non-professional installation for goods, we will no accept replace. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. We will taking up to 7 days for checking or replace returned product for you.
If the warranty seal of the products have been tampered with, the products will no longer have any warranty and the manufacturers will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your products.
We will not be responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged in transit. Proof of postage will not be accepted/deemed as proof of receipt/delivery. You should take reasonable care to ensure that the products returned to us are not damaged in transit and if appropriate arrange suitable insurance.
All shipping charges for deliver returned products to our company are fully paid by you. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from date of invoice except the manufactory warranty period for certain product.
Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
